I love your habit of answering asks with pictures, then elaborating in the tags. I don't know how, but you've become one of my favorite people. I think it's your personality? Mixed with how you approach things? I dunno but I'm ok with it.

Oh, thank you, I do try to keep my answering style ~fresh~.

tagged as: The habit in question is primarily a response to my general inability to answer things directly;  or rather the fact that I’m more comfortable elaborating in the tags because it feels like a form of parenthetical speech;  so there's less pressure to be direct to everyone;  I'll put it this way; i sort of imagine talking on tumblr as talking to/in a large group of people;  and getting an ask is (as you can probably imagine) like one person in the group directing a question at me;  and my answer is what I would say loudly and directed not only at the asker but the entire group;  and the tags are like turning to the asker and speaking to them directly; elaborating further on what I said for everyone to hear;  and of course the rest of the group can keep listening if I've held their interest but it's really like speaking to the asker in a more dir;  -ect manner;  if that makes any sense at all;  ask;  anon alert;
