Let’s allow ourselves to speak frankly for a moment. Class struggle, from a marxist standpoint, hangs upon class consciousness. Without this, revolution is impossible.

Looking at tumblr, I feel good about the prospects of such a revolution. It would seem that shitposting and memes are institutions that exclusively serve to advance communism. Capitalist and conservative shitposts or memes, by comparison, are pale shadows. Absurd, verbose and worst of all- unfunny. 

Capitalism will exit like numerous other vaudevillians have already exited- stage left, dragged off by a shepherd’s crook, to peals of raucous proletarian laughter. This is inevitable.
